What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+
Our MOQ is typically 300–1,000 pieces per item depending on the product and customization. Stock designs with your logo can start lower.
Can you produce our own designs?+
Yes. We offer full OEM and ODM service, from sketches to finished products, including new molds, custom fabrics, colors, logos and packaging.
How long does sampling take?+
Samples based on existing designs take 5–7 days. New designs or new molds usually take 10–20 days.
What is your production lead time?+
Standard lead time is 30–40 days after sample approval and deposit. Peak-season orders (Q4) should be placed early.
Are your products safe for pets?+
Yes. We use food-grade rubber, BPA-free plastics and certified fabrics, and test to FDA, LFGB, REACH and Prop 65 standards. Reports are available on request.
Do you support Amazon FBA orders?+
Yes. We handle FNSKU labels, suffocation warnings, carton marks and can ship directly to Amazon warehouses in the US, UK and EU.
What payment terms do you accept?+
T/T with 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. L/C at sight and PayPal for samples are also accepted.
